Voyager Winter Wheat Malt is a high-protein, new world hard white wheat malt made for brewers chasing better head retention and a fuller mouthfeel.

It's for anyone brewing a wheat beer, or adding wheat to a grain bill for a rounder, creamier finish — from traditional ales through to more experimental craft styles.

Grown during the cooler months, this malt develops a rich, full-bodied character with a hint of nuttiness and a smooth, creamy texture that adds depth without overpowering the base beer.
