A fresh wort kit for brewing an Australian Pale Ale at home that was designed for the conditions that make Australian summers what they are: relentless heat, brilliant sunshine, and the very specific thirst that comes from spending time outdoors in both. The Bearded Dragon is light, tropical, refreshing, and built around the kind of accessible pale ale character that suits long afternoons and equally long evenings.
Australian Pale Ales sit in a slightly different position from their American cousins — a little lighter in body, a touch more tropical in hop character, and built with drinkability as the primary objective without sacrificing the flavour that makes a craft pale ale worth drinking in the first place. This is the seasonal all-rounder that works at every occasion from January through to December.
