Air Still Pro — a new way to distil at home.
A small-batch, 2-in-1 distillation system with a multi-purpose condenser and interchangeable distillation tips. Sounds fancy - what does that mean?
In reflux mode, the column is packed with material that causes heavier alcohol compounds and congeners to fall back into the boiler while lighter, cleaner ethanol vapour continues to rise and condense — producing a very clean neutral spirit at up to 90% ABV.
In pot still mode the column is bypassed, allowing all the vapour compounds through — producing flavoursome spirits like whisky, bourbon, rum or botanical-infused gin at up to 80% ABV.
The Air Still Pro is also automated: foreshots collection vials automatically capture the first 30ml of distillate so you can discard them safely without measuring or watching.
The column self-cools — no water connection needed.
Portable and compact, great choice if you are short on space or on the move — easy to take in the caravan or boat.
Works equally well for a keen beginner or an advanced distiller.
