Paired with the Alembic Copper Dome Top, the Pot Still Copper Condenser completes the T500 Alembic Pot Still conversion.

The condenser is where the flavour-rich vapour leaving the alembic dome cools back into liquid distillate.

Unlike the T500 reflux condenser which strips out flavour, this copper condenser simply cools the vapour without rectifying it — preserving all the character and congeners produced in the pot.

Using copper here also continues the sulphur-removing reaction begun in the dome, contributing further to a smoother, cleaner-tasting spirit with genuine character.

The condenser can be used on its own with the T500 Boiler or with the Alembic Dome Top.

We recommend both together for best results.
